Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Fees, billing schedules, and access terms are shown at checkout or order forms.
Refunds: All sales are final.
Subscriptions/Installments: Monthly payments. No refunds upon cancellation - current month may be completed after cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate access for non‑payment.
Scheduling & Cancellations (Coaching)
[POLICY: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule coaching sessions; missed sessions may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All Site and program content is owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable license for your internal use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
User Content & Testimonials
If you submit testimonials, comments, or materials, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to use and display them to operate and promote the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate law; infringe rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape/harvest data; or misuse the Services.
